A precision ground cast iron table top provides a large flat surface area for this heavy weight router table. The rigid steel floorstand provides a comfortable working height for handling large panels. The table top is hinged to the floorstand and can be raised up, using the lifting handles provided, making the router more accessible when adjustments are needed. The table aperture is 100mm diameter with insert rings provided to reduce this size when using smaller diameter cutters.
The fence housing is also cast iron, with a 100mm dust extraction outlet at the back. The two aluminium fences can adjusted so that gap between fence and cutter is minimised, providing maximum support to the work piece. Two vertical hold downs ensure a smooth feed into the cutter. For the odd job where the whole face is being removed, a simple shim (not provided) can be added to the outfeed fence to step it out and provide support to the work piece.
The cast metal mitre fence is particularly accurate on this model. The guide swings to 30 degrees each way with locater stops at 45 degrees and a further stop at 90 degrees for accurate end grain work.
The clamping system, used to attach the router to the table, is universal allowing any sized router from any manufacturer to be used.

Supplied with 4 rubber feet, mitre guide, 100mm extraction outlet and insert rings.

Extends the collet by 60mm.

When working with a router table which has a table made of thick material, typically the cast iron type or home made tables, a collet extension may be required. Certain jobs require the cutter to be lifted above the surface of the table. If the table is thick, there may not be enough plunge depth on the router to achieve this.
This collet extension can be used with all 1/2" shank routers and will lift the cutter by an additional 60mm.
A 19mm and a 22mm spanner are required to tighten the collet.

Can be mounted underneath the table top or on the leg of a stand. Avoiding the user having to reach under the table to turn the router on and off. The switch also provides a handy emergency Stop Button. This switch can also be used on other machinery up to 2200watts. Supplied with integral socket, separate start and stop buttons, 2m cable, plug and fixing kit.
