The biggest extractor in our professional range with two large collection bags to run for longer times between emptying and capable of extracting from up to three machines simultaneously or through a longer hose system than smaller machines. We now fit as standard super fine 2 micron filters making the unit suitable even for MDF dust. Maximum recommended total hose length is 10 metres.
Supplied with a 350mm steel fan, 3 way outlet, four rubber wheels NVR switch and quick release metal straps on all bags. A 20 amp fuse box is required to run this machine. Hose is not supplied as standard, our 100mm diameter hose is recommended, sold by the metre.

Extra Fine 2 Micron filter bag.

To Replace any type of filter on a dust extractor with a 500mm diameter collector drum. When filter bags become clogged the performance of the extractor will be greatly reduced. When they are ripped or torn they should be replaced to avoid dust circulating back into the atmosphere.


This 2 micron filter can also be used to upgrade standard 5 or 10 micron filter bags.

The standard 5 micron filter is fine enough for collecting dust and chips from table saws, bandsaws, planers, thicknessers, moulders, lathes and is perfectly adequate for most peoples needs.

The 2 micron filter is preferred by anybody wishing to cut MDF which produces a finer dust or for connecting to sanding machinery.

Compatible with Charnwood models W691, W692, W791, W792, W891, W892 or any dust extractor with a 500mm diameter collection drum.
To upgrade or replace the bags on a double bag unit, remember to order quantity x 2.
