Coalescing a range of highly practical features with a muscular build quality, the F36-530 will fulfil the role of a staunch ally in the workshop with ease. A gutsy 2.2kw motor powering the 254mm TCT blade at a torquey 2800rpm is unfazed by the 75mm (3”) cutting capacity on offer at 90°. A ground cast iron table, a substantial sliding carriage travelling on a twin bar system, a right-hand extension and Fox’s unyielding ‘ALIGNARIP’ fence with micro-adjustment all provide reassuring levels of stability, particularly essential when handling heavy or unwieldy material.
Mitred, bevelled or compound angle cuts are achieved either via the mitre fence, the 0° to 45° blade tilt mechanism, the sliding carriage adjustable angle fence, or a combination of them. Two large hand wheels provide easy blade tilt, and rise and fall adjustment. The Fox F36-530 comes standard with a robust cabinet base and dust extraction connections.
