A simple half-turn locks the Magswitch to any ferrous surface. Use MagSquares as guides or positional stops for workholding. MagSquare is more versatile than clamps – faster and easier to use! Simply twist knob on / off to apply or release super strong magnetic grip. Secure workholding anywhere on a steel table!

Easy set-up
Versatile workholding anywhere on a ferromagnetic table. Attach light items such as brackets, worklights, and dial indicators quickly and easily.

Operation
A simple half-turn secures the MagSquare to any ferrous table. Strong against shear. Leave MagSquare off when done. MagSquares should be turned on only when in contact with ferromagnetic material. MagSquares should never be used for lifting. Keep MagSquare away from sensitive electronic devices.

The Fence Featherboard offers the professional woodworker the ability to provide downward pressure on Jointer Tables, and Steel Fences used on Router Tables, Shaper Tables and Table saws.

This product can also be used as a table Saw featherboard for fences that are placed on the left hand side of the saw blade. Utilising two powerful 30 mm magswitch units, the Fence Featherboard provides performance and versatility never seen before.

No more creative clamping.
Mag Jig works on any steel surface table or woodworking table tool such as a table saw, Jointer, Shaper, Band saw etc. Unlike C-clamps and other conventional holding & clamping tools, Magswitch gives you flexibility to place anywhere on the table. Using 2 or more on a jig is ideal.

Mag Jig is just a great tool to add to your toolbox.
Use it to pick up nails or holds screws. The uses are endless!

How to use Mag Jigs
Mag Jig is constructed to fit perfectly in a 3/4 inch board such that bottom of magnet is flush to table surface. Simply determine an ideal location in your jig fixture that ensures complete contact between the Mag-Jig and the Steel table surface.

Drill a 30mm hole (20mm Mag-Jig) using a Forstner bit; or a 40mm hole (30mm Mag-Jig), and just drop the Mag-Jig in. Two screw down mounting holes are provided if you want to secure the Mag Jig to your jig fixture. Use stainless steel screws for fastening so as to not diminish magnetic hold forces. If using on a 1/2” board or smaller, use non steel washers and screw down Mag Jig to your Jig fixture.

Place Mag Jig against work surface & turn knob 185 degrees in a clockwise direction to engage the Magswitch. Once operation is complete, turn Magswitch Knob in a counter clockwise direction to disengage.

Mag-Jig can be used in more than one jig fixture. Simple drill the holes in your fixtures and swap out the Mag Jig. For optimum strength use Magswitch on clean steel surfaces of at least 0.25” thickness.

Mag Jig can be used as a general tool around your work bench as well. Just be sure Magswitch is only turned on when in use. Failure to do this could result in pinched fingers and injury. Keep Mag Jig away from sensitive electronics.
