No Volt Release Switch

Can be mounted underneath the table top or on the leg of a stand. Avoiding the user having to reach under the table to turn the router on and off. The switch also provides a handy emergency Stop Button. This switch can also be used on other machinery up to 2200watts. A no-volt-release switch complete with mounting box and two cable glands capable of switching up to 2,000W with no-volt-release protection (not overload protected). Due to the build of this switch it is not suitable for use with additional safety switches and can only be used to control the power simply on or off. The switch uses push on terminals, with mains supply in on terminals 1 and 3 and power out on terminals 2 and 4. Size 80 x 115 x 60mm deep with four fixing holes on 45 x 75mm centres.

A no-volt-release switch with the added benefit of a prominently positioned lock-on emergency stop button. It is capable of switching up to 16 amps, 230 volts. It has a no-volt-release feature, but not overload protection. It is not suitable for use with additional safety switches and can only be used to control the power off and on. Offers very convenient solution

This is a very versatile NVR switch whose main function is the remote switching of power tools such as routers and circular saws when mounted in a table (maximum wattage 2000W). The plug-in NVR switch offers a very convenient solution; fit the switch in a convenient position on the table, plug the tool into the switch and then plug the 2 metre lead on the switch into the mains supply and away you go. You will need to devise a way of holding the machine switch in the 'on' position so that it is overridden by the NVR such as cable ties or plastic tape.

Simply connect using insulated spade terminals, the connections being clearly marked for input and output. It is a no-volt-release type of switch, providing safety in the event of an interruption of power. Requires a rectangular hole approximately 22 x 42mm, spring clips holding the switch securely. Fitted with a dust cover and having positive action push buttons. Commonly found on bench top thicknessers.

The KJD12 240V switch is commonly used on small woodworking machines. Rated at 8amp, it will be suitable for induction motors up to 1hp. Simply connect using insulated spade terminals, the connections being clearly marked for input and output. It is a no-volt-release type of switch, providing safety in the event of an interruption of power. Requires a rectangular hole approximately 40 x 60mm, the switch being secured by 2 mounting bolts (not supplied). Fitted with a dust cover and having positive action push buttons plus a large, red self locking Emergency Stop hinging cover.

These two foot-operated safety switches are equipped with trailing plugs and sockets and can easily be inserted between the mains supply and any machine fitted with a no-volt-release switch, such as a drill, bandsaw or lathe. Operation of the switch interrupts the supply to the solenoid and the machine is stopped; re-starting can only be achieved by operating the NVR switch on the machine, creating an excellent safety measure in those situations where safety is of paramount importance, such as educational establishments.
