A large precision ground cast iron table, gives this scroll saw a smooth cutting action without any vibration. Having electronic variable speed control allows the correct speed for the material being used to be selected at the turn of a dial.

The tilt mechanism for the table is a fantastic feature with tilting both left and right up to 45 degrees, with a large easy to read scale. There are preset stops at the most commonly used angles of 0,15,30 and 45 on each side.

An adjustable air blower is included to keep pencil lines clearly visible when cutting.

The Peugeot range of scroll saws use standard 127mm blades and can be used with both pin ended or plain ended blades. Pin ended blades are most widely used because they are quick and easy to fit. Just undo the blade tension using the quick release lever and hook the blade over the holder. Re-tension and the saw is ready. Plain ended blades are sometimes used when the job requires internal or pierced cuts. This can be quickly achieved without the use of any tools.

Dust can be collected through a 38mm diameter outlet on the side of the machine. Our 38mm hose will fit straight on, you will require a reducer if your extractor uses a different sized hose.

A handy built-in storage box will ensure your spare blades are always stored safely.

Supplied with 2 pin end blades, plain blade changing tool, cable and plug.

The large precision ground aluminium table provides a stable, vibration free work area. The table tilts to 45 degrees both ways with a unique, easy to read angle display mounted on the front of the table. The table has preset stops at the most commonly used angle of 15, 30 & 45 degrees, any angle inbetween can also be set.

The quick action blade release makes changing blades a simple and fast job. It is also a great time saver when making internal cuts, where the work piece is lowered over the top end of the blade through a predrilled hole.

The combination of an LED work light and an airblower ensure that pencil lines will remain free of dust during the cut. It is always recommended you use a dust extractor and a 38mm diameter extraction outlet is provided.

Anybody planning on spending a long time seated at a Scroll Saw will benefit greatly from the addition of a foot switch. The foot switch is pressure sensitive and can be use to control the variable speed function. Alternatively the speed can be dialled in, on the large top mounted control and the foot switch then used to start and stop the machine.

A drum type extractor with a 50 litre capacity ideal for small workshops using bench top machinery and powertools. Because these machines generate a high speed of air through the hose they are suitable for reducing down to a smaller diameter hose when using power tools. At the heart of the extractor is a 0.5 micron cartridge filter which is fine enough to filter dust from every machine in the workshop. The compact size makes it particularly appealing for smaller workshops, where space is a premium, and it can be kept underneath a bench. A quick action clamp releases the lid of the drum to empty it out.

Reducing cone used to step down or up in hose size and used for connecting to machinery with different sized outlets.
It is recommended that 100mm diameter hose is always used from the dust extractor to the dust producing machine and then the reducing cone fitted.
Using any length of hose of less than 100mm diameter will reduce the performance of the extractor and should therefore be kept to a minimum. A 100mm hose clamp should be used to fasten the hose the reducer.
