Mortice and tenons are the single most common joint used in woodworking. The RPM75 is a simple and effective machine, ideal for use in the workshop or on site.
The rotating head transforms this machine giving unlimited capacity, which is ideal for large work pieces such as doors and window frames. The morticer uses a standard 3 jaw chuck so can also be used with normal drill bits as a compact portable drill press.

The BM16 is a compact bench mounted morticer, introducing new levels of accuracy, ease of use and industrial features at an affordable price.
The table is finely ground cast iron and moves smoothly and effortlessly front to back and side to side on machined dovetail slides. To ensure unsurpassed accuracy, the slides are fully adjustable using the easily accessible gib strips. An important feature of the table is the heavy and solid clamp, the likes of which are usually only seen on more industrial machines, which holds workpieces extremely securely, ensuring no movement during operation. The clamp is also repositionable, allowing a wide range of timber sizes to be accommodated.
Movement of the chisel is similarly smooth and accurate, with a gas spring and dovetail slides, which feature adjustable gib strips, allowing cuts to be made with ease and precision.
To further increase accuracy and speed of use, the BM16 also features sideways movement stops as well as vertical movement stops. These stops allow the depth and width of mortices to be set in order to achieve consistent results again and again.

The FM25 is a heavy cast morticer with tables sliding on independent handwheels and boasting a maximum capacity of 25mm.
This machine offers tremendous value for money. Constructed from heavy castings and machined for accuracy, the tables move on a rack and pinion and the quiet but powerful induction motor allows a maximum capacity of 25mm.
The head moves smoothly on a solid rack and dovetail column with gib strips that can be adjusted for accuracy and resistance. A gas strut assists returning the head at the end of the cut. Tables are generous machined castings on rack and pinion slides for smooth performance. Work is held securely in the rapid action clamp and the powerful 1hp induction motor provides ample power for its capacities.
The handle is jointed so it can be easily repositioned for comfortable operation.
