A spindle moulder is essential for fast accurate joinery with repeatable accuracy.

The machine is heavily built and brings professional joinery within the reach of the serious home user. The spindle column is housed in a substantial casting and the table is also cast iron and finely ground for smooth operation and accuracy.
Supplied with a standard aluminium fence, it features micro-adjustment. An aluminium safety fence is available as an option with independently moveable fingers for ultimate support. Powered by a substantial induction motor, this machine will make a great contribution to a home joinery or cabinet making workshop.
The spindle hood features full Suva type protective guards to ensure the safest operation possible. There is a guard to limit outwards movement of the workpiece as well as an overhead guard to ensure the wood does not flip upwards, protecting both the operator and the accuracy of the profile. The hood also features independently adjustable fences, allowing full face planing cuts to be made.
The large 3.5hp motor provides an abundance of power, making the cutting of even the toughest stock an easy task. The four motor speeds provided add to the machine?s flexibility, catering for all cutter block speeds and applications; the slowest speed is ideal for sanding whilst the faster are suitable for tackling end-grain workpieces with ease.
An optional sliding table will be available Autumn 2010.
