Reducers

Dust extractor hose attachment.

A light weight wand made from tough plastic with a brush on the collection end. Used for collecting dust and chippings from benches in the workshop. The handle is adjustable to find the most comfortable angle in use.

The connection end is 100mm diameter to suit our standard 100FLEX transparent flexible hose, a hose clamp may also be required to secure the hose to the collector.

To ensure the collector is always ready for use, we include a wall bracket to hold the attachment when not in use.

For collecting dust and chippings from the floor of the workshop. This lightweight yet tough attachment has an opening 150mm x 250mm wide which can be simply moved across the floor, in the same way as a domestic vacuum cleaner. The overall length is 1 metre which prevents the user from having to stoop down when sweeping the floor. For further comfort the handle is also adjustable in position and angle.

The clear tube is 100mm diameter and is compatible with our standard 100FLEX transparent hose. A hose clamp may be required to secure the hose to the attachment.

Reducing cone used to step down or up in hose size and used for connecting to machinery with different sized outlets.
It is recommended that 100mm diameter hose is always used from the dust extractor to the dust producing machine and then the reducing cone fitted.
Using any length of hose of less than 100mm diameter will reduce the performance of the extractor and should therefore be kept to a minimum. A 100mm hose clamp should be used to fasten the hose the reducer.

The 100 to 38mm reducer is actually made up of 2 pieces. 100/58RC and 61/38RC which fit together to give 100 to 38mm.

Connector to convert the 50mm dust outlet to a 100mm diameter.

The kit consists of a 100mm to 50mm reducer plus a short length of hose. You can make it a more permanent fitting by adding a couple of 50HC hose clamps but it will be a fairly tight fit without them.

Suitable for use on Charnwood W408 & W409 sanders.

This Reducer consists of 5 pieces which can be joined and used as a single reducer or split to give a variety of options.

The fittings are all tapered so a millimetre each way should be OK to give decent fit.

A Stepped reducing cone used to step down or up in hose size and used for connecting to machinery with different sized outlets. This reducer has 7 steps so that any combination of two sizes can be achieved. For example to get a reducer form 125mm (5") down to 75mm (3") it is necesary to cut off the unwanted parts just leaving the middle steps.
A hose clamp should be used to fasten hoses to the reducer.

Joining splie used to join two lengths of 100mm diameter hose togethor, for example when a run of over 10 metres in length is required. Two 100mm hose clamps are required to fasten the hoses securely. For use with 100mm diameter hose only.

100mm Connector Sleeve.

This handy new product allows you to join two other fittings together without having to use hose.
i.e. Joining a 100Y Y-Piece onto a 100E Elbow.
The sleeve is tapered internally so there is no need for hose clamps.

When running hose around the workshop, it is sometimes easier to use an elbow at the corners rather than run the flexible hose around. Two 100mm hose clamps are required to fasten the hoses securely. For use with 100mm diameter hose only.

Y-Branch: To split a hose line into two branches when creating multiple connections. Three hose clamps are required to fasten the hoses securely. 100Y for use with 100mm hose only.

T shaped branch: To split a hose line into two branches when creating multiple connections. Sometimes the T shape is an advantage when creating a hose network, however the airflow is not as efficient as with the Y shaped branch.

When more than one hose line has been set up, it is advisable to close off all the inactive lines using these gates to ensure maximum airflow along the active line. Two 100mm hose clamps are required to fasten the hoses securely. For use with 100mm hose only.

Quick Connector: Fits onto the end of a hose and becomes a quick action fitting. Ideal for moving an extractor between several machines with 100mm outlets. 100QC for 100mm diameter hose only.
