The SC2 is the entry level panel saw in the Startrite range, economic yet versatile it offers the small workshop a quick and accurate solution for board cutting. With its 250mm blade, giving 80mm depth of cut and its 80mm scoring blade, this machine ensures the clean cutting of faced boards is accomplished perfectly. The saw mechanism is housed in a cast iron table giving quiet and accurate running, while its deep aluminium beam gives smooth and accurate operation on cuts of up to 1450mm. The cam clamp fence allows its easy removal for large sheet cutting, and for rip cuts registers out to 1270mm.

A GENUINE WORKSHOP MACHINE FOR A VERY ECONOMICAL PRICE

The SC30 is the next step up from the SC2, a much heavier machine at 460kg. The standard machine has an 1800mm squaring stroke although on this machine 2350mm, 2700mm and 3300 strokes are available to order. The standard motor is 4hp three phase but a 2.5hp single phase version is available. The main blade is 315mm, giving a 100mm depth of cut.

A HIGHER PRODUCTION MACHINE

A medium production machine having stronger beam and internals than the SC30 and weighing 660kg. The main motor is 7.5hp and is equipped with a 0.75hp independent scoring motor. The standard squaring stroke is 3200mm, although a 2750mm beam is available to order. The ripping capacity is 1270mm and the machine has a 315mm blade, giving a 100mm depth of cut.

THIS MACHINE HAS A 118MM DEPTH OF CUT

The SC35P has a similar specification to the SC30P except that it has a 350mm main blade giving a depth of cut of 118mm. Because of the blade size an overhead guard is fitted as standard. The standard squaring stroke is 3200mm and 2750mm is available to order. The main motor is 7.5hp and the scoring motor is 0.75hp. The ripping capacity is 1270mm.
