The PS315 is a professional panel saw for the small to medium sized business, the perfect answer for easy and accurate cutting of panels. It has very high spec for a machine in this price range and everything about the machine shows its professional pedigree. An ultra-rigid rip fence is set on a massive fence rail and can give a 1270mm cut to the right hand of the saw. The extremely rigid and smooth running beam with its 1800mm squaring capacity will give reliable accuracy in a busy commercial environment. It has a 120mm scoring blade which is powered by a separate motor, essential for the more demanding work the machine may encounter. The squaring table is a generous size and the squaring table fence, with its two flip over stops which are heavy and dependable, can be extended out to 3200mm.

The STA315 is the ideal traditional joinery saw, the cabinet is constructed of heavy gauge steel, the table and internal workings are of cast iron and the machine weighs a massive 330kg giving the solid day in day out performance required by the professional user. Working table size is 900 x 800mm with a fine ground surface and heavily ribbed for stability. The 315mm blade will rise above the table 102mm and tilt to 45º where it rises 72mm. The rip fence itself is on a large cast support with micro adjustment and is mounted on a 45mm diameter chrome plated bar giving the user complete confidence in its accuracy and stability. In standard form a rip cut of 950mm can be achieved although a rip cut of 1270mm is available to special order, this comes complete with support legs. To complete the package the machine is equipped with a 500mm x 500mm sliding table with a heavy aluminium fence and length stop, it is supported by a telescopic arm and will cut 620mm in front of the blade.

The STA300E is a heavy duty cast iron tilt arbor saw bench, following in the Startrite tradition of solidly built, reliable work-horses which have formed the heart of many workshops for over 50 years.��Suitable for the small professional workshop or educational environment. It should not be confused with the lightweight aluminium machines that are so often sold in this price range though they have neither the robustness nor the longevity to cope with accurate performance on a daily basis in an industrial environment. Weighing in at 280kg, the STA300E offers the very best in table saws and will cope with the rigours of heavy use, from it\'s cast iron table to it's telescopic swinging arm and micro-adjust fence - everything is built to last.��A right hand table extension is also fitted as standard enabling larger boards to be cut with ease. Two mitre slots run down either side of the blade, the accurate protractor can therefore be used on smaller workpieces. For cross cutting larger material a sliding carriage with telescopic support arm with 1420mm stroke is fitted as standard. Max depth of cut is 100mm.��Available in single or three phase with 3hp and 4hp motors respectively. The machine complies with PUWER regulations and includes braked motor, kick stop and keyswitch as standard, this makes it suitable for both education and professional use without modification.
