For those wishing to have a sliding table on a spindle moulder the sliding aluminium beam is the best option. It supports the material close to the cut and when locked in position for linear work does not obstruct the operator. The optional tenoning hood and plate allow tenoning to be carried out safely. The internals of this machine are of heavy construction allowing an optional 7.5hp motor to be fitted and the T1000S has a 45º backward tilting spindle for easier use with a power feed and has an electronic indicator for spindle speed. A versatile and heavy machine at a very economical price.

THE T160 HAS BEEN DESIGNED AS A SOLID, RELIABLE WORKHORSE FOR THE SMALLER JOINERY WORKSHOP.

The T160 has been designed as a solid, reliable
workhorse for the smaller joinery shop. The internals
are cast with a heavy duty lifting column that would
grace a much larger machine.
The fences have two movements, one to move both
fences in parallel for increased or decreased cut and
separate fine adjustment of the outfeed fence.
The build and capacities are hard to beat at this level.
With 1000x500mm main table, 125mm usable height,
190mm opening, 4 speeds and 3hp motor.
A cast iron sliding table further extends the versatility
of the machine.

This is a larger machine than the T800, with a larger table and increased hp at 5.5hp an option of 7.5 hp is also available. The F200 can be supplied in a version with sliding aluminium beam and squaring table making it very suitable for end grain work as the work is clamped very close to the cut. A tenoning table and hood is an option, allowing a maximum tool diameter of 315mm. Powered spindle rise and fall is optional although only in three phase.

ALUMINIUM SLIDING TABLE WITH A HOST OF OPTIONS IF REQUIRED

The sister machine to the F200, the F205 has a tilting mechanism that tilts the spindle to 45º to the rear of the fences allowing a feeder to be used. The machine comes with the sliding aluminium beam as standard and a 5.5hp motor, although 7.5hp is available on request. Power rise and fall is also an option as are extension tables. A tenoning table and hood are available as an option allowing cutters of 315mm to be used, and the tenoning hood allows only the 3500 rpm speed to be used. Alternatively a hood to allow 275mm is available but this has no LED read out.
