The top pressure has been redsigned to make it easier to operate and with increased holding power. We’ve incorporated a small mirror in the fence to help see the vertical edge of the joint. The kit includes an LED light with magnetic strips which allow it to be placed so that it lights up the joining area. And finally we’ve added a tool tray!All the great features of the M3 are retained, the fence that locks the moulding throughout the joining cycle, the 2 footpedals, the large extension tables and the ‘green’ light which tells the operator when the wedge is fully inserted.

Quick And Easy To Use Two Stage Footpedal Fence Fitted with Production Stops Fence Lock To Allow Wedge Stacking Wedges from 5mm to 15mmThe new magazine design allows the wedges height selection to be adjusted very simply from the side of the machine. It has 5 set positions for 5mm, 7mm, 10mm, 12mm and 15mm wedges.The top pressure has been revised so that it is easier to operate and has increased holding power. A small mirror incorporated in the fence enables the operator to check the fit of the joint before pinning. A handy tool tray ensures your service tools and spare wedges are always ready.The footpedal is fitted with 2 valves, 1 for operating the front clamp and the other for operating the wedge insertion cylinder.It is possible to keep the front clamp engaged and just operate the wedge insertion cylinder for quick stacking.A safety guard is fitted to CE standards so that the machine cannot be operated unless the safety guard is in the lowered position.

The sliding fence allows for multiple wedges (also known as V nails) to be inserted into the same corner. There is a front and back limit stop, which can set to keep wedge positions accurately placed. When using tall mouldings the fence can be locked in position to allow wedges to be stacked two on top of each other, therefore two 10mm wedges become a 20mm wedge. There are two foot pedals. The right hand one operates the moulding rebate clamp which securely grips the moulding from the front before pinning. Another great feature on this machine is that when adjusting the fence, to insert a second wedge, the rebate clamp also travels with it, so that the moulding always remains tightly clamped. The left hand pedal has a dual action. Firstly the top clamp is lowered so that the moulding is now clamped in two directions. Secondly the wedge is inserted underneath the moulding. To again increase the simplicity of the M3 there is a green indicator light which illuminates when the wedge has been fully inserted and the operation is finished. Supplied with two extension tables, L shaped pressure pad, round pressure pad, pedal restrictor for smaller mouldings and wedge magazine height adjusting tool.
