HIGH QUALITY SAWBENCH WITH HEAVY SLIDING BEAM AND RIP FENCE.
This sawbench has been designed for the serious home user who wants to accurately process solid wood but also has the need to handle sheets accurately. The main advantages of this machine are the cast iron table for solid support and the professional style sliding beam ensuring smooth, minimal friction travel and because there is no gap or table to bridge, much more accurate cross-cutting.
The optional steel squaring frame and telescopic arm extend this functionality still further ensuring accurate sizing of sheets utilising the maximum stroke of 915mm. In addition there is a very solid rip fence with micro-adjustment - the heavy extrusion is mounted on a cast iron
base with cam lock, which is in turn mounted on a solid steel bar for maximum rigidity and support. The whole construction is heavy and fully adjustable for accuracy. An extension kit will extend ripping capacity to 915mm.
The standard machine is supplied with a locking mitre fence and the beam has a stroke of 915mm to enable panel sizing and cross cutting up to 3’. If large numbers of sheets are regularly processed, there is an optional steel squaring frame and cross-cut fence supported by a telescopic arm. The standard capacity to the right of the blade is 610mm for ripping up to 2’ but an optional cast iron extension is available to increase this capacity to 915mm if required. However, if space is a limiting factor the standard specifi ed machine only has a footprint of 760mm(W) x 1000mm(L) and with the 2HP motor and 80mm depth of cut you can get a lot of versatile machine capability into a small space.
The squaring frame can also be easily removed when not in use. The machine also has a 100mm dust extraction port and top extraction from
the crown guard.

Extends the rip capacity of the TS250SB too 915mm

The addition of the jockey bar wheel kit to the TSPP250 makes the table saw mobile. This wheel kit can be easily fitted to the older machines and is ideal for the workshop where space may be limited.
