840FH Fingernail Spindle Gouges by Robert Sorby- 840FH. These are ideal fine detailing tools. Used by wood turner on work between the lathe centres. Also when the grain is running parallel to the lathe. These tools also have the wing tips ground back. This therefore reduces the risk of them catching when they are being used in confined spaces.
The Gouges are available as the Standard Robert Sorby Hand tool with wooden handle or supplied as blade only to fit into the Robert Sorby Sovereign handle. These options are available you select the width of the blade and the handle option you require
